Create a clean, elegant ceremony-style setup inside Studio 1635 with white chairs, a red carpet center aisle, stanchions, red ropes, white draping, uplighting, backdrop wall, and warm ceiling lights.
This package is ideal for church gatherings, ceremonies, vow renewals, small weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, presentations, meetings, and intimate celebrations that need a polished front-of-room setup.
The Red Carpet Ceremony Package includes private use of Studio 1635 during the reserved rental time, ceremony-style seating for up to 50 guests, red carpet aisle, stanchions, red ropes, white draping, uplighting, backdrop wall, and standard room lighting.
Additional tables, linens, décor, audio, throne chairs, peacock chairs, Chiavari chairs, catering equipment, and other New Tampa Party Rentals add-ons may be available for an additional charge.
This package does not include a room flip, reception table setup, food service, bartending, event staffing, decorating services, or cleanup service unless added in writing.
Restrictions & Requirements

- Tables are not included unless added separately
- Room flip or reset is not included unless added separately
- Customer is responsible for setup of personal items, cleanup, and trash removal
- Venue must be returned to its original condition before departure
- Event must stay within the reserved rental time
- Overtime fees may apply
- Guest count must stay within approved limits
- Front door must remain closed during the event to help maintain indoor temperature
- No smoking inside the venue
- No glitter, confetti, open flames, or damaging decorations unless approved
- Decorations may not damage walls, floors, ceiling, drapes, lights, chairs, carpet, or furniture
- Outside vendors must follow venue rules
- Alcohol requires written approval
- Loud music, unsafe behavior, or disruptive activity is not permitted
- Damaged, missing, stained, or excessively dirty items may result in additional charges
- New Tampa Party Rentals may refuse or cancel events that create safety, legal, property, or building-rule concerns
