Studio 1635 Open Floor Rehearsal & Practice Space
Studio 1635 is available as a private open-floor rental for rehearsals, practices, workshops and creative sessions. Tables and chairs are removed to provide approximately 30' × 21' of usable open floor space.
Weekday practice rate: $150 for two hours, Monday through Thursday. Additional time is $75 per hour. Friday through Sunday availability is offered at regular venue rental rates.The clean indoor setting features wood-style flooring, white draping, a dimensional feature wall and adjustable uplighting.

Optional chairs, tables, stages, audio equipment, lighting and other rentals may be added at special Studio 1635 venue-customer pricing.
Important requirements
This rental is intended for private rehearsals and practices only. It is not available for public, ticketed or nightclub-style events.
Amplified music, live instruments and drums require advance approval. Sound must remain at a reasonable level and may not disturb neighboring businesses. Equipment may not scratch or damage the flooring, walls, draping or ceiling.
The renter is responsible for cleanup and returning the venue to its original condition before the reservation ends
