• Studio 1635 is a private indoor event venue in Lutz, Florida, designed for intimate celebrations, church gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, workshops, meetings, small receptions, and special events.

The venue includes tables, chairs, white draping, uplighting, and a clean indoor setting that can be customized with optional add-ons from New Tampa Party Rentals. Venue customers may receive discounted access to select rental items such as linens, throne chairs, peacock chairs, Chiavari chairs, red carpet, stanchions, marquee letters, bars, catering equipment, audio, and décor pieces.

All venue rentals are by reservation only. A signed agreement and required payment are needed to reserve the date. Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests are responsible for setup, cleanup, trash removal, door management, and returning the venue to its original condition before leaving. The front door must remain closed during the event to help maintain the indoor temperature. Overtime, late departure, excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, or failure to follow venue rules may result in additional charges.

Studio 1635 is intended for private events only. Large public events, ticketed events, nightclub-style parties, events with excessive noise, unsafe activities, or events that exceed the approved guest count are not permitted without written approval.

Alcohol, outside vendors, decorations, music, food service, and special setups must follow venue rules and may require written approval in advance.

New Tampa Party Rentals reserves the right to decline any event that does not fit the venue, violates building rules, creates safety concerns, or presents an unreasonable risk.
