This category includes tablecloths, cocktail table covers, napkins, chafing dishes, coolers, beverage tubs, serving accessories, bars, and related event equipment for parties, weddings, showers, corporate events, church gatherings, and private celebrations. These items are great for customers who already have a venue, tent, or party space and need the finishing touches to make the event look complete and function smoothly. Many items in this category may qualify for customer pickup by appointment, depending on the size of the order and the equipment selected. All rentals must be reserved in advance. Items must be returned clean, dry, complete, and in the same condition they were received. Linens should be shaken free of food, trash, confetti, wax, and debris before return. Catering equipment must be emptied and wiped down before pickup or return. New Tampa Party Rentals does not provide food preparation, food handling, bartending, alcohol service, staffing, or catering services. Customers are responsible for food safety, alcohol compliance, vendor coordination, setup, cleanup, and proper use of all rented equipment. Damage, wax stains, burns, mildew, missing parts, excessive food residue, broken equipment, or heavily soiled linens may result in additional cleaning, replacement, or damage charges.
